Connectors & cables
Connectors and cables are the interconnect between a display and your host hardware — the FPC/FFC tails, mating connectors, and cable assemblies that carry signal and power to the panel. They are the small pieces that decide whether a bench prototype comes up on the first attempt or spends a day chasing a wrong pitch, a reversed FPC, or a cable that will not reach.

Connector and cable specifications
Standard connectors, transfer boards, and cable assemblies for the display range. For a custom length or orientation, start a custom project.
- Connector types / pitch / pin counts: FPC/FFC connectors and transfer boards — FPC241H-040G10M (40-pin TFT FPC connector) and OD-TFT40-0.5mm (0.5 mm-pitch TFT transfer board for all TFT LCD modules)
- Cable types / lengths / assemblies: flat-flex and discrete cables at standard pitches — FFC-1.0-10P-TM-20CM (1.0 mm, 10-pin, 200 mm), CAB-1.25-4P-TM-20CM (1.25 mm, 4-pin, 200 mm), CAB-HY2.0-8P-TM-20CM (2.0 mm, 8-pin, 200 mm), plus a USB-to-UART/RS232/RS485 test board (PCB-USBto232/485)
- Interface coverage: parallel (8080/6800), SPI, I²C, RGB, MIPI, LVDS, and HDMI
- Custom builds: custom-length cable assemblies, non-standard connector orientations, and pigtails from a panel FPC to a mating host connector on request
Where it fits
Typical applications: connecting a panel to a control board or host PCB, bench wiring during evaluation and bring-up, production interconnect, and short pigtails from a panel FPC to a mating connector.
How it differs: connectors and cables are the interconnect only, not the driver electronics — demo / eval boards and control boards are the driver hardware, and a PCB is the board that carries them. Match the connector to your panel's interface and pitch before ordering; for background on which interface fits your host, see the knowledge base.
